CODE OF CONDUCT WHILST IN THE GYM

*  Parents in the gymnastics centre, must keep conversations  polite, calm and appropriate using suitable language around Children, swearing  and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

*Any form of disagreement between Parents regardless of nature of issue is to be brought to the attention of staff, so that it can be discussed in private in a clam manner in order to resolve. it 

*Under no circumstances is it acceptable for any Parent/carer to argue with another parent/carer either inside  the gymnastics centre or in the gymnastics centre car park, the gymnastics centre will NOT tolerate this type of behaviour in front of any of our members.

* In the event of any of the above, the parent/carer will be spoken to by the Head Coach and the incident recorded. the Parent /carer involved will be unable to enter the gymnastics centre for a period of time, to be determined by our Board of Directors( except in an emergency,) any further continuation of  any of the above  will result in dismissal from the club

* Please note that the coaches do their very best to teach and help your child, on occasion your child may need that extra bit of help at the end of a session if a skill requires the help of another coach for safety reasons, if your child needs to leave, this is absolutely fine, but can parents please refrain from coming into the gymnastics centre and talking directly to their child, can they please instead speak to a coach in the first instance.

* please note that any form of abuse towards any of our staff, volunteers, coaches or young leaders, will result in instant dismissal from the club and may lead to the club involving  outside authorities . If the nature of the abuse is serious the club will not hesitate to  take  action by all means at our disposal, this may mean the incident being reported to police.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PARENTS/CARERS WHEN USING OUR PARENT  WHATSAPP GROUPS 

* All communications must be appropriate and relevant to their Child's gymnastics class.

*Parent groups are NOT a place to post inappropriate or rude comments either about or to another member of the group.

*Parent groups are not to be used for arguments with other Parents/carers regardless of issue, please remember that every parent on the group will receive any  comments posted.

* Any potential conflicts between members of the group are to be discussed with the head coach in order to resolve them in the appropriate manner, never on a parent group or social media

* Any Parent/carer not adhering to the clubs code of conduct for Parent groups will be removed from the group for a period of time to be determined by our board of Directors. any further continuation of any of the above behaviour may result in dismissal from the club.

* Please note that in the instance of dismissal from the club, any fees already paid to the club will be forfeit and will not be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN OUR ETHOS,THAT OUR CLUB IS A FRIENDLY, OPEN AND TRANSPARENT CLUB AND SAFE PLACE FOR YOUR CHILD TO BE MEMBER,BUT THIS DEPENDS UPON EVERYONE ADHERING TO THE RULES  OF RESPECT FOR THE GYMNASTICS CENTRE,ITS STAFF, PARENTS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY OUR GYMNASTS
